Linseed

Flaxseed is very beneficial in reducing cholesterol, for this you can use ground flaxseeds.

Fiber-rich foods: Increase your intake of soluble fiber-rich foods such as oats, barley, legumes, fruits (apples, citrus fruits), and vegetables (Brussels sprouts, carrots). Soluble fiber binds cholesterol in the digestive tract, helping to eliminate it from the body.

Oats

Oats is a food which is rich in fiber (High Fiber). Apart from this, it also contains beta glucan which is considered quite miraculous for cleaning the intestines. If you feel that your cholesterol has increased then eat oats for breakfast every day.

 Garlic

Consuming raw garlic or garlic supplements can help reduce cholesterol levels and improve blood circulation.

Coriander seeds

To reduce cholesterol, make powder of coriander seeds and boil it in a cup of water and consume it 2 to 3 times a day.

Fish 

Fish also plays an important role in reducing cholesterol. Omega 3 and fatty acids are found in it, hence eat steamed or grilled fish about twice a week.

Red yeast rice 

Red yeast rice contains compounds similar to statins, which may help lower cholesterol levels. However, its use should be monitored by a health care professional.

Onion

If the amount of bad cholesterol in your body has increased, then red onion is used to control it. For this, mix half or one teaspoon of honey in one teaspoon of onion juice and consume it.

Coconut Oil

Orange juice

To reduce the increased cholesterol in the body in a natural way, drink 2 to 3 cups of orange juice daily. Apart from this, consumption of apple cider vinegar can also reduce the amount of bad cholesterol.

Quit alcohol and smoking

Almonds and Pistachios

Almonds and pistachios are also beneficial in reducing cholesterol. For this, soak 3 to 4 almonds and pistachios every evening and consume it as soon as you wake up in the morning.

Bark of Arjuna
